With over 18 years of experience in international development, I bring a strong combination of programme leadership, applied research, and digital information systems to deliver equity-focused, evidence-driven results. Currently based in Lesotho, I have previously served with UNICEF offices in Ukraine and India, leading work across planning, monitoring, reporting, evaluation, and Technology for Development.
I specialize in strengthening planning and accountability systems, designing and governing digital platforms for real-time monitoring, and supporting the use of data for strategic decision-making, learning, and resource prioritization. Backed by an M.Phil. in Population Studies and a Ph.D. in Statistics, I combine advanced analytical capability with practical leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management, government counterparts, and development partners.
